Personal Alignment

Our research revealed that those organisations that can create the conditions where executives' and organisational goals are aligned significantly outperform those that do not. The business challenge is to create the conditions where the individual and organisational agendas are aligned. Does you strategic planning process produce goals that are worthy of personal commitment? Are the goals of the organisation clear? Do they resonate with the values of the senior management?
